Angela & Kingsley Gainsford
 
Angela & Kingsley are former NZ Dancesport Champions in Ballroom, Latin American, New Vogue and Classical Sequence (Old Time) Dancing. Trained in NZ and England, Angela & Kingsley have danced and competed throughout Europe representing NZ at 7 World Championships - Denmark x2, Sweden, Italy, Canada, Belgium, Germany. Their World Ranking placed them in the top 17 over ten dances. For 3 years they were Guest Entertainers/Dance Teachers on P&O Princess Cruises America, they also taught and danced in Canada and America.


Together they are Directors of North Shore Dance Centre and Gotta Dance Studio.

Darrell Crozier - Dancesport

Darrell has da
nced for many years in New Zealand and Australia and has achieved success in many New Zealand and International Championships.  During Darrell’s competitive dancing career, he gained a number of NZ titles in Ballroom, Latin American and New Vogue.
If “patience is a virtue” then Darrell is extremely virtuous! Having successfully taught individuals and couples over the last few years, Darrell thrives on teaching all levels of dancers from the raw beginner to the competitive champion.

Nerida Cortese - Zumba, Dancesport

originally from Australia, Nerida is a vibrant, energetic, and bubbly personality who has been dancing for most of her life. Nerida has represented New Zealand and Australia internationally in Dancesport Competitions in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany and Latvia for the World Latin and Ten Dance events.


She has been training, performing and choreographing for the last 17 years, first appearing on New Zealand Television in 1999 on Battle of the Ballroom – a New Zealand national ballroom dancing competition series held in Wellington.

In 2005, Nerida danced her way into the hearts of New Zealand with TVNZ’s Dancing With The Stars. Working to strictly tight deadlines on the show, Nerida was involved in choreographing and teaching visually exciting routines suitable for inexperienced dance partner, Shane Cortese, to compete against other contestants. Shane and Nerida were voted runners up.
